The director of WorkSafe Limited, Lesley Heywood, has over ten years health and safety experience working in the manufacturing and supply petrochemical industry with ties to Civil Construction. Since then, she has worked in the electrical industry and has gathered experience over her working career in a variety of industries including shipping, transport, construction, telecommunications, real estate, retail and hospitality.

In 2006, WorkSafe Limited was formed with a vision of providing expert advice to clients to enable them to provide safe and healthy work places for their employees. This has been achieved through a variety of services and through working jointly and cooperatively with the client, maximizing the effectiveness of the systems implemented.
